Assalamu Alaikum! Ramzan ul Mubarak ka mahina aa gaya. Ye rehmaton bhara mahina hai, lekin badalti hui rotine aur bhook pyaas ki wajah se aksar humari tandrusti par asar padta hai. Kabhi aesa lagta hai ke din mein kamzori si rehti hai, kabhi system bigad jaata hai.
Fikar na karein! Kuch asaan tip aur ek khaas herbal nuskha agar aap apni zindagi mein shaamil kar lein, to Allah ki fazal se poora Ramzan aap chust-o-chalaak rahenge.
Chaliye jaante hain wo 5 kaam jo aapko hamesha tawanra rakhenge:
1. Sehri Ko Kabhi Na Chhoren
Sehri poori din ki energy ki bunyad hai. Agar aap ne Sehri nahi ki ya sirf chai pe kar so gaye, to din ka aakhri waqt aapko pareishan kar sakta hai.

Pani - 1 glass
Banane ka tareeqa:
Raat ko Sone se pehle 1 glass pani mein saunf aur podina (agar khushk hai to) bhigokar rakh dein.
Subah Sehri ke waqt is pani ko chaan kar ek glass mein nikaal lein.
Ab isme kuti hui kali mirch, aadha neembu ka ras, aur 1 chammach shahad (honey) mila lein.
Is "Panjeti Sherbet" ko Sehri ke khatam hone par pe lein.
Fayde:
Saunf aur Podina: Aapko thandak aur aaram dega, pet ki garmi (acidity) nahi hone dega.
Kali Mirch: Metabolism tez karegi, aur weight control mein madad karegi.
Neembu aur Shahad: Natural energy booster hain. Vitamin C se bharpoor, aapko din bar infection se bachayenge.
Ye nuskha bilkul natural hai aur is se koi nuqsan nahi. Bas agar aapko shahad se allergy ho to na istemal karein.

Ramzan sirf bhookay rehne ka naam nahi, ye sabr aur shukar ka mahina hai. Apni sehat ka khayal rakhiye taake ibadat bhi khoob kar saken aur family ke saath iftar ka lutf bhi utha saken.
