Introduction:

1. Muhron ke Amraz: Wajohaat aur Tibbi Nuqta-e-Nazar
Qanoon-e-Mufrad Aaza ke mutabiq, muhron ke zyadatar masle jism mein Khushki (Uzlati Tahreek) ya Garmi (Ghudi Tahreek) ke bigar se hote hain.
Slip Disc (Herniated Disc): Jab muhron ki lachakdar disc khisak jati hai. Ye aksar khushki aur khichao (Uzlati-Asabi) ki wajah se hota hai.
Spondylosis (Muhron ki Toorh Phoorh): Isay "Tehleel-e-Haddi" kehte hain. Garmi-khushki ki wajah se haddiyon ki qudrati rطubat (lubrication) khatam ho jati hai.

Child’s Pose: Nchle muhron (Lumbar) ke dabao ko kam karta hai.
Knee to Chest: Sciatica aur kulhay ke dard mein jadu jaisa asar rakhti hai.
5. Gharelu Totkay aur Asaan Nuskhe
Golden Milk: Doodh mein haldi paka kar piyein, ye sozish (inflammation) khatam karti hai.
Lehsan aur Doodh: Ek glass doodh mein 3 jue lehsan ubaal kar peene se muhron ki sujan theek hoti hai.
